Mr. English is Producer/Executive Producer of Maryland Public Television. He heads a team that produces high-quality local, regional and national broadcast television. He has earned many Emmy Awards for productions that have environmental themes.

Byron C. Hall, Jr.

Centerville, Ohio

Mr. Hall is a retired teacher of Physics and Mathematics. His most recent position was at Sinclair Community College. He is interested in preserving land - especially wildlife habitat - and historic structures.

Mark W. Larson

Scottsdale, Arizona

Mr. Larson is an environmental planning professional with over 30 years experience in the field. He is especially interested in urban wildlife management and reducing the adverse effects of development on habitat.

Louis M. Wiest, Jr. V. MD

Laurel, Maryland

Dr. Wiest is a Howard County veterinarian. He is interested in preserving land and historic structures. He has a hobby of horticulture.
